账号使用和注销规则

为了使用本服务，您必须依照本平台要求注册一个本平台服务账号（“账号”）。本平台为用户提供了注册通道，用户有权选择合法的字符组合作为自己的账号，并自行设置符合安全要求的密码。用户设置的账号、密码是用户用以登录并以注册用户身份使用本平台及相关服务的有效凭证。您应理解，该等账号系用于识别用户身份的表示，账号的所有权属于公司，您作为初始申请注册人仅拥有您在本平台注册的账号的使用权。

您应当保证注册本平台时按要求提供的信息和相关资质的完整性、真实性、合法性和时效性。您理解并同意，如发现用户以虚假信息骗取账号注册，或其账号注册信息存在违法、不良信息或其他适用情形的，公司有权视实际情况不经通知单方采取暂停使用、冻结账号、注销账号或收回账号等措施，您应自行承担不能使用账号（具体包括不能成功注册，账号暂停使用、冻结、注销、收回等）、账号服务或功能受到限制或其他您在使用过程中因此产生的全部后果和损失。

为保护账号和交易安全，公司可能会要求您提供更多的身份资料和信息，做进一步的身份认证或资格认证，您的账户只有在通过这些认证和验证之后，方可获得使用本服务的资格。您特此授权公司可以通过第三方验证机构验证您的真实身份和资格，并取得您使用本服务的相关资料。

您可以联系本公司的运维人员注销账户，注销方式：您可以通过安百拓咨询电话4008287608，或者发送邮件至mr.cn@epiroc.com，我们将在验证您的身份后在1-3个工作日内为您注销当前账号。您的账号注销成功后，我们将停止为您提供产品或服务，并根据相关法律法规的要求删除或匿名化处理您的个人信息。

自动收集信息及追踪

该应用自动收集设备信息（手机硬件码）、IP地址，应用版本信息和会话信息（应用程序使用时间和时长、在应用中执行的任务）。该信息用于帮助推进对产品改进的决策。

不跟踪信号

这时，该应用不会响应可能由您的浏览器发出的“不要跟踪”信号。我们可能会就关于这样的信号应该如何被编译和应用重新制定标准。

移动智能终端补充设备标识体系与 SDK 隐私合规问题
移动智能终端补充设备标识体系与 SDK 严格遵守我国《网络安全法》、《数据安全法》和《电信和互联网用户个人信息保护规定》等相关法律法规和《信息安全技术个人信息安全规范》等国家标准要求。SDK 不会主动收集任何数据，只在 APP 调用时获取以下数据，用于本地判断，不会进行任何网络传输：
1)设备制造商、设备型号、设备品牌，用于判断终端调用接口
2)设备网络运营商名称，用于判断虚拟机环境
3)APP 包名，用于校验签名

This APP can let you know the main product, application of Epiroc, as well as the advanced construction methods. Through the information you provide, it can match the best construction methods for you, as well as the introduction of successful cases. If you are interested in our products and solutions, you can leave your contact information and our technicians will contact you. You can also directly contact us by phone through the upper right corner of the APP.

On the contact us page, you will need to fill in the name, phone number, email address, company, province located in (location information will be requested), interested process (optional), project under construction (optional), position (optional), consultation content.

Account use and cancellation rule

In order to use the Services, you must register a Service account of the Platform (the "Account") as required by the Platform. The platform provides a registration channel for users. Users have the right to choose a legal character combination as their account and set their own password that meets the security requirements. The account and password set by the user are valid credentials for the user to log in and use the Platform and related services as a registered user. You should understand that such accounts are used to identify users. The ownership of such accounts belongs to the Company. As the initial registrant, you only have the right to use the accounts registered on the Platform.

You shall guarantee the integrity, authenticity, legality and timeliness of the information and related qualifications provided as required when registering the Platform. You understand and agree that if a user is found to have fraudulently registered an account with false information, or the account registered information contains illegal, undesirable information or other applicable circumstances, the Company shall have the right to unilaterally suspend, freeze, cancel or withdraw the account and other measures without notice as the actual situation requires. You shall be solely responsible for the failure to use the account (including failure to successfully register, etc.). Account suspension, freezing, cancellation, withdrawal, etc.), account services or functions are restricted or other consequences and losses caused by this during your use.
